TYPICAL ITINERARY
Day One
Afternoon departure from School, drive to Kent for the evening Channel crossing. Or leave early morning for daytime travel.
Day Two
Overnight travel to Boppard, arriving mid-morning. Hotel check-in and freshen up, then time for lunch. Spend the afternoon exploring the town, taking the cable car to the spectacular viewpoint and strolling along the Rhine promenade.
Day Three
Day excursion to Koblenz for shopping and to view the Deutsches Eck, then tour Stolzenfels Castle with its stunning location.
Day Four
Excursion to Cologne to visit the Chocolate Museum, Gothic Cathedral and modern city centre.
Day Five
Visit to Saint Goarshausen and Loreley. Climb up to Burg Maus to experience the falconry display or take a guided tour of Rheinfels Castle. Enjoy a Rhine cruise with English commentary.
Day Six
Leave your hotel after breakfast, and drive to Calais for a shopping and meal break before continuing to School.
