Ehrenburg Castle in Germany might be a fantastic castle but try writing risk assessments for these activities!

• Welcome ritual with a sip from a real bull’s horn
• Archery and axe throwing
• Shooting with a catapult
• and finally, after the official goodbye, a pretzel for the way home!

Translators online- beware!  “Left luggage” - “baggages gauches”  …..
